The United Nations Secretary-General has expressed its “deep concern” over the tension between India and Pakistan after a deadly attack on 26 tourists in Indian-pasten Kashmir. India accused Pakistan of indirectly involved and said that two suspected Pakistani citizens. India has suspended a landmark water treaty in response. The President of the Pakistan People’s Party, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, was asked about his remarks that if the water does not flow in Pakistan, India would have blood. But first, he dismissed India’s allegations and told the BBC that Pakistan was being sacrificed.
